Hi, I'm new to this great forum. And i have to say that i love the idea of this forum...cool stuff.
Ok, now back to my work:) It was done 3 months ago just for practise. Everything was modeled in 3d max, rendered in fryrender beta 1.9. I found inspiration on fryrender gallery

my last work with fryrender Empty Good interior images!!

Post  jorari71 Fri Sep 26, 2008 1:02 pm

Hi and wellcome!!

I like very much the images. I haven't seen before in any forum something that you could use as inspiration...

The second one has less noise!! Have you used any kind of photoshop filter? No you know the existence of neat image? It's a great program and free for use.

Could you post your render times and your efficiency? Well, if you want to...For beginners is good to make the idea of how fast is this render engine and how to reduce the render times making some adjustments. For example, an expert user could tell you the causes of your high render times. I think that it's really interesting discover that your scene can be rendered in less time. For instance, I want to post some renders and I've tried all tricks that I can imagine and my render times can't be reduced (I think). One of the lacks of this excelent program is the option of render a region...Maybe the no possibility of this could explain that the .dsi files size are 10 times smaller than the .mxi files. This could be explained by...Chema?

Thank you for your images.

Please, continue posting. sunny

Nice images Pjetrus!...and welcome to this forum. Very Happy

Good looking materials and light setup.
Can it be that the bump map on the mosaïc tiles is inverted by accident?

nice images pjetrus and you have good reason to be inspired by the original render. Frances has a nack of making beautiful scenes.
