Ok, i know that in maxwell when you put let say a bump map, you can set it's numeric value. I've heard that in fry that is not the case?!? Let me clear it up a little: when you put a bump (or any other) map, than numeric value next to it is owerwritten. Is that true?

No, this is only true for the roughness map. All others are set by the numerical value.

I am confused now.

I thought that whenever you put a bitmap in a slot, the numerical value is overridden....There has been a topic about that on the official board.
