which AA setting choose??

default AA setting or maximun AA setting

it has a impact on the render time ?

There is no impact on render time, but "maximum aa" uses more ram.
Maximum aa is for small renders (up to 1200x??? is my general rule)
On larger renders it will have no effect, so best to switch back to default and save some ram for these.

I suppose that the calculation time in order to simulate the behaviour of the light is so high that the fraction of time interpolating samples compared with the first type of time is insignificant...
