How would you create a snow material?

Hi mates...

I need some idea to make something that looks like a snow material...Any idea? I know that is not too much difficult...But now I don't have too much time.

The project includes the making of snowflake. The attachment service doesn't work at this moment...


I suppose that some SSS will be necessary. Maybe only this. What do you think about this? Any advice?
