I don't know who made the object (scene) but this should take a "few" hours... affraid

It sounds interesting.

Your results have been amazing. I like very much. You control very well the glare and bloom effects. Well done.

Thanks for posting!

Regards.

Something that I like very much is the degradation of the edge of the sadows in the second image over the stairs...This is an effect that I like very much.

It's true that making randomly stained...A general pattern is at first time a bit..."Impossible" Crying or Very sad

Maybe you should made via textures combining with some transparency or manually via objects (triangles, etc)...These two ways are possible.

It's really interesting...If someone knows how to make it, please...I think this can be very useful (overall for me).

Thanks for your question.

create a material with 2 layers. The first layer is weighted 90% and is ghost glass with [nd = 5] and 5% roughness. The 2nd layer is weighted 10% and is a plain surface with 100% roughness and a bitmap in the Ref 0 slot that is mostly white with grey streaks in it. Put the grey streaks where you want it stained

well... for simplify this, I make use a picture of a stained glasses. But for give a glasse aspect, where put the picture of stained glasses?

in the bitmap of color section of glasses paramater or in the ref 0, or in the roughness ???

use 2 layer one for glasses and one for the picture (bitmap) ???

my first tests is not decisive, the picture of stained glasses is not visible scratch

so I hope that you understand me, then it's little bit complicated to explain and I dont' speak good english Neutral

thanks for the help

I understand you very well because I've been making tests during a lot of time today...As I said: "it's important knowing this...The "How To" ".

Efectively the projected image doesn't appear ion the floor.

If you put the staind image in the SSS parameter you will achieve that the image can be seen in the window.

But for projecting the image on the floor when a light beam passes through the window...It's another history... No I don't know how can be made...

Here's a still of one of my "thousands" tests:

a).-The stained image (found on Google for example) to be applied on the glass of the window:

b).-The simple test:

I've made tests and tests during a lot of time in this mornig and afternoon and I haven't reach the projection on the floor.

Maybe in your scene the projection can be lost and the generation of indirect and general light inside the building will be the most important.

But I was interested in the consecution of the projection thanks to a beam light passing through the stained glass and this was why I located the floor of the little room really near of the staind glass, in order that the projection can be achieved.

I'm trying to upload my test scene... Surprised

That is stained glass? I thought it was glass with dirt on it...
Anyway, I like your test.. Maybe try to put texture in transmittance also...
